Job summary

Indra Park Air is seeking a Production Engineer to join our Product Engineering and Production teams. You will ensure smooth introduction and sustained manufacturability and testing of products, liaising with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain to enable a seamless production transition.

The role requires flexible, forward thinking and a can-do attitude, with emphasis on production testing, risk awareness and collaboration with subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Production Engineering, manufacturing and testing complex electronics, PCBs and mechanical design
• Technical knowledge in product design and test for electronic products
• Experience with risk management techniques and with Jama Connect and/or Jobscope MRP is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Contribute to manufacturability and testability during production
• Design production test systems to meet process requirements
• Lead introduction of new products into production with cross-functional teams
• Recommend manufacturing improvements and lead efficiency initiatives
• Support and maintain production processes and test systems
• Coordinate with subcontractors to align their processes with ours
• Promote a collaborative team environment
