Job summary

Omega Resource Group has an opportunity for a Production Engineer in Gloucestershire. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing manufacturing operations, improving processes and driving efficiency across production teams.

You will apply lean and continuous improvement techniques, analyse data to implement effective solutions, and collaborate with design, quality and supply chain functions. A relevant engineering qualification is required, with experience in a production environment being

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production/manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (desirable).
  • Ability to analyse data and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to support and enhance manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met across production.

Key Responsibilities
