Production Engineer

Birmingham - Commutable from Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Coventry, Cannock, Telford, Worcester and surrounding areas

£40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime + Flexible Working Hours + Company Benefits

In this role you will be playing a key part in implementing the manufacturing processes and efficiency, designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing production machinery, training production staff on new processes, scheduling production activities, and conducting audits and inspections.

The Role:

• Production Engineer
• Supporting the production team
• Creating technical standards
• Establishing processes and improvements
• Planning and scheduling production activities
• Training and development available

The Person:

• Degree within an Engineering discipline (or an engineering related discipline)
• Manufacturing / Production Engineering background
• Ability to analyze data and performance
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Recent Engineering graduates are also encouraged to apply
