Bradbury International UK Ltd. is a key member of The Bradbury Group, a global leader in the design and manufacture of roll forming and coil processing equipment. We are looking for a Roll Tooling Engineer to join our dynamic and expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Design roll tooling for various roll forming applications, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee the commissioning process of roll tooling, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize engineering design software to create detailed drawings and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and improve existing designs.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Maintain documentation and records related to design projects and tooling specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in roll tooling design and commissioning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in engineering design software, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of roll forming processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
