Are you a dynamic Production Coordinator looking to join an established, fast-paced mechanical manufacturing business? Responsibilities as the Production Coordinator:

1. Lead and manage the production teams to achieve output and productivity targets.
2. Oversee all customer orders related to production, ensuring quality standards and on-time delivery.
3. Develop and maintain production and build schedules for operations.
4. Take ownership of product quality for all items produced within your departments.
5. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost-effectiveness and align with business goals.
6. Introduce modern manufacturing techniques to drive process improvements.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize production processes.
8. Lead and develop production team members.
9. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety protocols.

Requirements for the Production Coordinator:
