Job summary

Lifetime Training is seeking a Production Chef Apprentice to join their team on-site in DY11 5JN. The role is full-time with a weekly salary of £325.50 to £381.30. You will learn and perform across kitchen areas, progressing through the Chef Development Programme.

The apprenticeship is designed to develop practical chef skills with pathway toward more senior roles over the 15‑month programme, building teamwork and culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Own a section of the kitchen and support day-to-day operations.
• Deliver great, hot food to specification every time.
