Job summary

Lifetime Training is recruiting for a Chef Apprenticeship to grow into a Production Chef within Marston's pubs. The programme runs for 15 months as a Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship, offering hands-on kitchen experience and progression toward Sous Chef.

You will prep, cook and bring the pub menu to life, learning new skills and taking ownership of a kitchen section while developing your culinary career on-site at a UK pub.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment

Summary
