Job summary

Lifetime Training is recruiting for a Production Chef Apprentice to join our team, training under the Chef Development Programme and progressing toward Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 over 15 months. This on-site role in GL54 2BS offers hands-on kitchen experience and the chance to grow within a lively pub environment.

You will prep and cook to spec, learn new skills, and take ownership of a kitchen section while developing towards Sous Chef as part of your apprenticeship journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Own a section of the kitchen and contribute to day-to-day operations.
• Support the kitchen team to deliver meals to spec.
