Job summary

Lifetime Training is seeking a Production Chef Apprentice to join our team. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

This apprenticeship leads to the Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 over 15 months, with a supportive programme and progression toward Sous Chef. Excellent meals and benefits accompany a reliable hours contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and deliver food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
• Support day-to-day kitchen running in a collaborative team.
• Deliver hot food to spec and maintain kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP

• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time
