Lifetime Training is recruiting for a Production Chef Apprenticeship to join our team. You will undergo the Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, learning to prep, create and bring menus to life while earning while you learn.

The role offers on-site work with a clear path to advancing to Sous Chef, supported by a structured apprentice programme and a collaborative kitchen team at Marston’s pubs.

Competenze

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP in a busy kitchen.
• Able to work within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.

• Prep, create and bring the pub menu to life.
• Own a section of the kitchen and support daily operations.
• Help the kitchen team with day-to-day running and quality control.

Summary

We're on the lookout for a Production Chef to join our team!

Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. Got a passion for food? You'll fit right in. From learning new prepping skills, bringing a meal to life for the first time, to owning a section of the kitchen.

As a Production Chef: There's plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
