Lifetime Training is recruiting a Production Chef Apprentice to join our team and develop through the Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship.

As an apprentice, you will prep, create and bring the pub menu to life, learning kitchen areas and procedures while working in a fast-paced team and delivering hot meals to spec. The programme runs on-site in YO12 6PH with progression toward Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.
