Job Title: Production Assistant/ Events Manager (Events Experience Required)

Location: London, South West

Reporting to: Production Director

Contract: Permanent

Role Summary

*Note: Candidates with TV/Film Production backgrounds are not suitable for this role.*

We are seeking a Production Assistant to support our production team across various projects. This hands-on position involves assisting in all stages of event production, from initiation to on-site delivery. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing suppliers, administrative support, warehouse kit preparation, and onsite assistance, all while maintaining company standards and policies.

The ideal candidate will prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects, and work both independently and collaboratively. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to gain industry experience and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Administration: Managing quotes, proposals, kit lists, and assisting with budgeting.
  • Production Support: Assisting with creative schedules, coordinating with crew and venues, and equipment prep.
  • On-site Role: Supporting the production director, problem-solving on-site, and representing the company professionally.
Experience/Skills
  • Basic AV knowledge (school/college) or AV technician aiming to advance.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Accessible to South West London.
Bonus Skills
  • AutoCAD skills.
  • Networking experience.
  • Event management or related training.
