Job Title - Production Assistant/ Events Manager (Events Experience Required)

Salary - £28,000 - £35,000

Location - London, South West

Reporting to - Production Director

Permanent Contract

Role Summary

We are looking for a Production Assistant to work alongside our production team to assist in the management of a wide range of projects. This is a hands-on role, supporting all stages of event production. The main responsibilities include managing the smooth running of events from project kickoff to on-site delivery, sourcing and managing suppliers, providing administrative support, warehouse kit prep, and onsite support, while ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

Candidates should be able to prioritize tasks across multiple projects and work independently or collaboratively. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to develop industry experience and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination & Administration - Manage quotes & proposals, maintain kit lists, assist with budgeting
  • Production Support - Assist with creative schedules, coordinate with crew and venue support, prepare equipment
  • On-site Role - Support the production director, troubleshoot issues on-site, represent the company professionally
