Do you have experience in events, festivals, or live touring? Are you interested in live events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns? We're looking for an pro-active Production Assistant to jump into the action and help bring unforgettable moments to life.

St Marks Studios is a London-based Brand Experience agency crafting bold, memorable moments for huge brands. From immersive experiences to headline-grabbing stunts, we bring big ideas to life with creative flair and flawless delivery.

This is a high-paced role in a fast-turnaround agency - perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves seeing a job through from start to finish; the role will involve working closely with experienced producers to bring creative concepts to life.

What You'll Do:

• Support all stages of production - from planning to wrap.
• Create and maintain key docs: call sheets, timelines, schedules, and kit lists.
• Coordinate suppliers, manage bookings, and keep records tidy.
• Track invoices and POs with finance.
• Assist during live events - setup, crew support, and backstage coordination.
• Join site visits and meetings, take notes, and track actions.
• Keep project folders organised and accessible.
• Be a dependable, can-do team player.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience within events, production, or agency support.
• Bonus if you are experienced with festivals, corporate, or fast-paced events.
