Agent Provocateur is an iconic British lingerie, nightwear, and accessories brand founded in 1994, with retail stores across North America, Europe, and the UK. We empower strong, sensual, and independently minded individuals who seek products that reinforce their confidence.

We are recruiting a Production Assistant to join our Production team at our Market Road, London, Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Production Assistant will support the Production Manager in managing the production lifecycle from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely delivery of all ranges and products.

Responsibilities include setting seasonal planners, working closely with Technical and Logistic teams, and ensuring the final product reflects the brand's essence.

Critical Path Management
  • Assist in ensuring goods are delivered and booked into the warehouse on time, coordinating with Logistics.
  • Review and approve Packing Lists against POs, flag discrepancies, and coordinate with Logistics for collection.
  • Pre-book seasonal packaging and labeling for suppliers.
  • Pull reports on stock status for the Production Manager.
  • Monitor outstanding units, follow up on concerns, and chase Credit Notes as needed.
  • Relay production issues and provide proactive solutions.
  • Attend development meetings and document relevant order information.
  • Get weekly updates from factories on Critical Paths and organize conference calls.
  • Ensure shipment samples are received and approved timely, updating Logistics.
  • Check and sign invoices against departments with support from Production and Development teams.
  • Manage barcode distribution to Suppliers.
System Setup
  • Update on failed test reports from Datalink.
  • Complete Retail Item Setup in Business Central.
  • Update ex-factory dates weekly.
  • Ensure all fields are completed before shipments, following up on missing info.
Purchase Orders
  • Manage PO rollout and amendments ensuring deadlines are met.
Sample Management
  • Coordinate with Creative, Ecommerce, and Wholesale teams on sample requests.
General
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and travel preparations.
  • Maintain communication across teams and assist with admin tasks.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in Luxury Retail preferred.
  • Methodical, accurate, and detail-oriented work approach.
  • Proficient in Excel and computer skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, organized, confident, and an effective negotiator.
