We’re looking for a Development & Production Assistant to join our small, creative, and fast-paced studio team.

This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role working across all stages of product development — from early design prototypes to final production. You’ll work directly with our Founder and production team, helping to bring our performance sportswear to life.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about running, technical clothing and sportswear culture who wants to get involved with making and building a running brand.

Duties include:

• Contribute and assist with design and product development process
• Assist with fabric printing and cutting
• Assist on photoshoots when needed
• Engage with clients and suppliers and help coordinate activities in the studio.
• Communicate with clients directly (in person, phone, email)
• Coordinate activities in the studio, including scheduling and studio workflow
• Work with Photoshop, Illustrator

Requirements:

• A passion for running and sports
• Design or production background
• Able to work as part of a team
• Strong organisation skills and ability to prioritise work
• Confident working digitally, including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Pattern cutting experience
• Experience with Clo3d, Accumark or other digital pattern cutting software
• Experience sewing/making garments

Additional information:

• We do as much as possible in-house, including fabric printing, fabric cutting, grading, digitising of patterns, sampling and production
• Machines used: lockstitch, coverstitch, overlocker, flatlock, bartack, embroidery and laser cutting
• Printing facilities include DTF for placement print and sublimation
• Training will be provided when required and we will actively support your career development
• Flexible working hours if needed
• Annual salary £27,600 with 25 days holiday (+ UK bank holidays)
• Free Usual Objections kit allowance
• Work on-site in Dalston, East London, though some travel may be required
