Job summary

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting applications in production environments and identifying root causes.
• Liaising with Data Centre, Help Desk and development teams to resolve issues.
• Following incident and problem management processes and updating tickets.
• Participating in after-hours production support as required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot applications during failures and implement fixes, including SQL scripting.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Network, Infrastructure, and DBA teams.
• Advise and assist London and New York teams during incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams to define stable application configurations.
• Contribute to best-practices for production support and DR readiness.
• Assist in planning work volumes and release activities to minimize outages.
