Job summary

Dex is seeking a hands-on AI infra engineer to own production agent reliability, evals, feedback loops, prompts, and fallback strategies. You will design human-in-the-loop logic for high-stakes decisions and work across the full agentic and software stack, including Node and TypeScript.

You will contribute to proprietary supervised and self-supervised ML models, applying the latest academic work pragmatically in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Production experience with agentic or LLM infrastructure.
• Pragmatic ML foundation across supervised and self-supervised methods.
• Product-leaning, full-stack mindset with Node/TypeScript.
• Strong system design and ability to work in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Own reliability infrastructure: evals, feedback loops, prompts, fallbacks.
• Design human-in-the-loop decision logic for high-stakes actions.
• Work on proprietary supervised and self-supervised ML models.
• Contribute across the agentic and software stack, incl. Node/TypeScript.
• Shape data strategy for production AI agents.
