Job summary

CACI Ltd in London is seeking an experienced AI Decisioning & MLOps lead to build and lead a market-leading capability deploying machine learning, AI and decisioning solutions into real-world business environments.

This role will operate across consulting, data science and engineering teams to productionise predictive models, AI solutions and datasets within client systems, delivering measurable business value across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and operationalising generative AI solutions, including LLMs and RAG.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML ops and decisioning ecosystems.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Decisioning & MLOps strategy and its technical evolution.
• Design scalable architectures to productionise analytics into decisioning systems.
• Create standards, governance and reusable deployment assets.
• Build production AI solutions and lifecycle management.
• Connect analytics to business outcomes in client workflows and systems.
• Engage senior stakeholders and translate concepts into business value.
