Job summary

CACI Digital Experience (formerly Cyber-Duck) seeks an experienced AI Decisioning & MLOps lead to build a market-leading capability for deploying ML, AI and decisioning within real-world business environments.

You will shape and deliver production AI solutions across client sectors including retail, financial services and public sector, aligning analytics with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Production-grade Python experience.
• Considerable experience using AWS.
• Experience with Sagemaker Unified Studio, MLflow, Inference endpoints.
• Model monitoring / drift detection.
• CI/CD for ML (SageMaker Pipelines, GitHub Actions/GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
• Feature store experience (SageMaker Feature Store, Databricks Feature Store, or Tecton).
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation/SAM).
• A/B testing / experimentation frameworks.
• Data privacy/governance awareness (GDPR, consent management).
• Experience deploying generative AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, real-time inference.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI Decisioning & MLOps strategy and capability development.
• Design scalable architectures to productionise analytical outputs into decisioning systems.
• Create standards, governance and reusable assets for production AI.
• Develop deployment frameworks for Next Best Action, propensity, churn, LTV, forecasting and location models.
• Connect AI outputs to client workflows and business systems.
• Monitor model performance and lifecycle management in production.
