Company Overview

Our client has experienced rapid growth in the past 12 months. Located in Southampton, some travel to their offices may be required.

Job Responsibilities

• Track and analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
• Prepare and manage production budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate inventory accounting for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Generate cost reports and analyze variances against budgets.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with relevant production entries.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audits.
• Monitor capital expenditures and asset depreciation.
• Assist in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Utilize ERP systems for accurate financial and production data entry.
• Reconcile supplier invoices with POs and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams.
