About Our Client

Fantastic Temp - Perm opportunity in Godalming seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team with an immediate start!

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Global Financial Controller with the preparation of the annual financial statements
• Assist with the annual audit process
• Own and reconcile prepayments, accruals, and payroll control accounts
• Manage monthly payroll accounting, ensuring correct cost allocations
• Assist with quarterly VAT return preparation
• Maintain regular cash balance reports
• Assist with statutory filing requirements as directed by the Financial Controller
• Provide support to the wider finance team as needed
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as directed by senior management
• Candidate may be working towards their accountancy degree

The Successful Candidate:

Experience in the above responsibilities and availability on short notice are essential.
