Job description

Quirk Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Belfast is seeking professional, hard working, and tech-savvy individuals to support our sales team by providing product knowledge and customer service to our customers via in-store, website and social media channels. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Learn valuable knowledge about the various needs of our clients and our competitive products that will provide you the tools to communicate and engage our customers.

Key Objectives For This Position Include:

• Coordinating and supporting our new owner orientation program
• Encouraging repeat and referral business, as well as ensuring that every customer is satisfied with the delivery and performance of their new vehicle.
• Establishing procedures for addressing customer concerns
• Be the go-to team member to support customers with technology-related questions
• Pro-active creation of social media video content to educate consumers about our vehicles and their technology
• Taking pictures of new/used vehicles for websites
• Performing video walkarounds to display on social media sites
• Maintaining an 85% or higher Ford Pass Activation level

Skills:

• Proficiency with apple and android products
• Computer, email and internet proficiency
• Get along well with other employees of the dealership
• Come to work each day with a plan of work for the day
• Ability to openly communicate with management
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Saturday availability is needed as well as some evening hours
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
