Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need Garda clearance to work with us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector customers and contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
  • Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting for installed solutions.
  • Ability to escalate issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
  • Experience reviewing open incidents daily, managing your workflow, and closing incidents efficiently.
  • Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
