Job description

  • Conduct short qualification interviews to assess communication skills, English level, and cultural fit. Maintain clear and structured feedback logs.
  • Assist in matching high-potential candidates with partner companies based on evolving hiring needs. Communicate effectively with client HR teams to understand requirements.
  • Build and maintain a talent database across sectors and roles, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.
  • Stay informed on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and industry-specific recruitment best practices to provide strategic input to clients.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Contribute to refining internal recruiting processes, improving candidate experience, and testing new sourcing channels.

Your Profile

  • Experience or strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or people operations.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Clear, empathetic communicator with the ability to assess and engage candidates professionally and persuasively.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented:
  • Able to juggle multiple processes, keep databases updated, and follow up without losing track.
  • Tech-Savvy:
  • Comfortable using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools. Previous use of Apollo.io or similar tools is a plus.
  • Initiative-Driven:
  • You’re resourceful, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Polish, Arabic) are a plus given our international scope.
