Job summary

Renishaw’s Wotton under Edge site seeks a Product Support Coordinator on a 12 fixed-term contract. The role supports end users and subsidiary business, reporting to the CGPD Service Manager and working with applications, hardware support and installation engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service support/coordinating role preferred.
• Exposure to technical/engineering environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling maintenance, calibrations, installations, retrofits, upgrades and breakdown responses.
• Managing system servicing, equipment ordering, training coordination (UCC, AGILITY, UKAS) and site survey arrangements.
• Handling documentation: OBJs, certificates, BOM creation, CI entries, service contracts, RAMS/COSHH, daily reports.
• Liaising with logistics, purchasing, imports, UK Sales, applications teams, licensing, and subsidiaries.
• Supporting D365-related data accuracy and process compliance.
