Job Description:

Elevate the customer journey by translating product insights into lasting relationships and harness your expertise in proactive collaborations, onboarding, and product evolution.

As a Customer Success Manager in JPMC’s central Infrastructure Platforms team, you develop and maintain customer relationships that make our product value propositions a reality. Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and understand their individual needs and goals as a core contributor of the team.

Key responsibilities include driving product adoption, conducting account meetings, guiding onboarding, tracking success metrics, supporting internal and external customers, leading cross-functional teams, and strategic planning.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent in customer success roles in product or technology
  • Ability to influence product adoption and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and teach new technologies
  • Knowledge of public and private cloud offerings, technical proficiency in compute, databases, networking, machine learning, and data analytics
  • Strong writing skills, experience with technical business cases and strategic planning
  • Experience navigating complex matrix organizations
  • Effective communication at executive level, tailored messaging
  • Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Experience in B2B environments or customer-facing roles
  • Knowledge of product development lifecycle, technical design, data analytics
  • Experience in technical account management, professional services, or customer advisory
