Job summary

Ted Experience is seeking a Product Sales Advisor to join its in-store field sales team, representing Philip Morris' IQOS and promoting smoke-free alternatives. The role blends sales with brand education and customer engagement in retail environments.

You will manage daily sales targets, receive extensive training, and benefit from a generous commission structure, 6-hour shifts, and flexible scheduling (Tue-Sat, minimum 5 days). Travel allowances and parking costs are covered.

Qualifications

• Be over the age of 21.
• Own and have access to a car with a valid UK licence and insurance (not required in London).
• Has proven sales experience (1-2+ years in a proactive outbound sales position).
• Be confident, comfortable and engaging with customers.
• Willing to travel up to a 1-hour radius drive of home location.
• Be hungry, eager, self-motivated and target driven.
• Have a valid right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers to introduce, educate and sell heated tobacco products beside other nicotine and smoke-free alternatives.
• Taking full ownership of performance by achieving daily sales targets.
• Building strong rapport with retail staff to create a welcoming, informed store environment.
• Submitting correct, timely and accurate sales and customer interaction reports and insights.
• Transporting the stand, stock and other relevant equipment to the designated store daily.
• The role requires regular lifting, carrying and transporting a promotional stand/podium.

As a Product Sales Advisor here’s what you can look forward to:

• £15.33 per hour base pay..
• Commission regularly paid out at over £3,500+ per month for top performers..
• Generous paid travel expenses for public transport, £0.55p per mile and all parking costs covered too..
• Thorough training and onboarding: Receive 5 days of paid training covering the smoke-free mantra of PMI, the product suite in full, our systems and everything else you need to succeed in your role..
• Flexible scheduling – You choose the days you work (Shifts available from Monday to Sunday for 6-hour shifts -we are looking for 5 days a week as a minimum and the days are typically Tuesday-Saturday.

As a vital part of the Ted Experience team, you will be the face of the brand across our key retail partners and can expect to be:

• The role requires regular lifting, carrying and transporting of a promotional stand/podium; if you are unable to meet this requirement (with or without reasonable adjustments), this role may not be suitable.

Our ideal Product Sales Advisor:

• Be over the age of 21..
• Own and have full access to a car with a valid full UK licence and insurance (not required in London).
• Has proven sales experience (1-2+ years in a proactive outbound sales position).
