Job summary

Yorkshire Water is recruiting a Product & Process Manager to lead the Bioresources team in North Yorkshire, based near Bradford. You will drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement while managing budgets and coordinating with capital projects and operational teams.

You will guide a team, ensure compliance, and push initiatives to reduce energy use and improve processes, with flexible working considerations and pre-employment checks where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Safety management with IOSH/NEBOSH preferred.
• Budget management experience for OPEX and planning targets.
• Proven production processes knowledge and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning ability to set priorities and deliver results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with partners and supply chains.
• Experience in incident management and asset failure recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team to deliver performance excellence.
• Manage budgets and responsibility for financial planning.
• Liaise with capital projects and supply chains.
• Oversee safety management, RCA investigations, audits and adherence.
• Ensure wellbeing and workload management of direct reports.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce energy and consumables usage.
