• Experience leading large-scale operations programmes with field teams.
• Strong budget control and financial planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of wastewater maintenance programmes on time, cost, quality, safety and compliance targets.
• Coordinate planning and operations to optimise resources across multiple projects.
• Support Yorkshire Water during peak demand and resilience activities.
• Ensure all works align with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements for efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Supervisors and operational teams.
