Job summary

Insight Select Limited in Gravesend is seeking a Product Executive to join the Product and Portfolio Management team. You will coordinate product-related projects, connect operational, manufacturing, supply chain and commercial teams, and drive initiatives from planning through to implementation.

The ideal candidate has experience in project management or product management, strong organisational and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance within product or operational environments.
• Commercial mindset balancing customer needs, business priorities and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product-related projects including launches, phase-outs, range redesigns and new commercial offerings.
• Develop and manage project plans with milestones, deadlines and budgets.
• Maintain product and material master data in SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate product packaging and labeling updates to meet regulatory standards and brand requirements.
• Communicate project requirements and progress with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, identify risks and implement prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations and service delivery to align resources with changing requirements.
• Provide regular updates and support continuous improvement of product management processes.
