Pod Talent is seeking a Product Executive to join a fast-growing DTC business in Hertfordshire. The role focuses on execution, administration and catalogue management to ensure products are launch-ready across systems and compliant for market launch.

You will coordinate launches, maintain product specifications, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track. This is ideal for an organised professional who prefers execution over NPD strategy.

I am thrilled to be working with a fast-growing DTC business that is looking for a Product Executive to join their team in Hertfordshire, with 3 days per week in the office.

In this newly created role, you will play a key part in ensuring products are launch-ready by coordinating product information, specifications, compliance requirements, supplier communications and catalogue management activities. The role is focused on execution, administration and cross-functional coordination to ensure products are accurately set up, compliant and ready for launch.

This is an ideal opportunity for an organised Product Executive or Product Coordinator who enjoys managing product information, compliance and cross-functional projects, rather than leading product innovation or NPD strategy.

In this role,

You will…

• Coordinate product launches from initial briefing through to market launch, ensuring key milestones and timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, dimensions, weights, imagery and technical information across internal systems.
• Manage product catalogue and product data updates, ensuring all information is complete and launch-ready.
• Support product compliance activities, coordinating testing, certifications and supplier documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Act as a key liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and successful delivery of product-related projects.

About you:

• Previous experience in a Product Executive, Product Coordinator, Product Administrator or similar product support role within a consumer products environment.
• Ideally, exposure to product compliance, testing requirements and supplier documentation would be highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, with experience managing product specifications, measurements, dimensions, weights and technical product information.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across suppliers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Highly organised and process-driven individual who enjoys product execution, administration and catalogue management rather than leading product innovation or NPD strategy.
