Job summary

ELEMIS is seeking a Portfolio Planner to support the Sales & Operations Planning process and lifecycle management of SKUs. You will coordinate cross-functional meetings, maintain critical documentation and drive improvements across NPD, forecasting and product changes.

You will lead the monthly Product Review, ensure timely communication with stakeholders and collaborate with NPD, Commercial, Supply and Regulatory to align inputs and actions. This role offers hybrid working from Filton.

Qualifications

• Experience managing product lifecycles and SKUs.
• Ability to coordinate S&OP processes and governance.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation of forecasts.
• Experience in cross-functional project management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.
• Facilitation of meetings and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Update and monitor product performance and lifecycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle of products and phasing.
• Manage data on Global Product/Gifting and SKU Portfolio.
• Identify demand/supply challenges with Demand Planning team.
• Communicate EPD/SKU changes regionally.
• Facilitate monthly Product Review meetings.
• Coordinate S&OP meetings and onboarding of new participants.
• Maintain records of attendance, actions and outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement of lifecycle and S&OP processes.
