Wren Kitchens are transforming their suite of websites into market-leading digital experiences for our kitchen, bedroom, and trade offerings. By enhancing our digital capabilities with enterprise-level tools, we aim to connect online and in-store journeys, leverage data to improve customer journeys, and deliver the best kitchen and bedroom buying process in the world.

Based in Barton-Upon-Humber, 3 days a week, with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Experience in website, ecommerce, digital product or agile delivery.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital improvements.
  • Strong understanding of UX, customer journeys and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience working with developers, UX, analysts and testers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise using data, customer insight and commercial value.
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Good understanding of website development processes.
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Experience with web analytics or A/B testing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritise the website product backlog.
  • Translate business and customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website journeys, usability and conversion.
  • Work closely with UX, development and QA teams to deliver high-quality website improvements.
  • Use analytics, customer feedback and commercial value to guide priorities.
  • Support A/B testing, experimentation and continuous optimisation.
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, progress and expected outcomes.
  • Support agile ceremonies and resolve delivery blockers.
  • Balance new features with technical improvements and maintenance
