Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Gravesend is seeking a Mobile Designer to join our Gravesend Showroom team. You’ll meet customers in the showroom and their homes, using our Mobile Showrooms to deliver an authentic Wren design experience.

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000. The role includes world-class training, including one week residential training at our Academy in Barton-upon-Humber, with strong progression opportunities across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Full UK manual driving licence with 6 or less penalty points.
• Organised and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers through the entire process from inquiry to design.
• Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, measuring and capturing reference photos.
• Manage your schedule, allocating time to create each dream design.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers to foster strong relationships.

Main Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality
• Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You’ll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
• Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
• Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.

You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System

About You

• Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.

• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
• Full UK manual driving license with 6 or less penalty points

Applications are subject to a basic DBS check, convictions considered on a individual basis.
Must hold a full driving licence and be able to meet company driver approval requirements, including DVLA licence checks or equivalent verification to the company's satisfaction prior to appointment.
