Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Perth is seeking a Mobile Designer to join our Perth Showroom team. You will meet customers in their homes, showcase kitchen and bedroom designs, and guide them from initial inquiry to final design.

The role offers a base salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000, plus world class training and staff benefits as part of a leading UK kitchen retailer.

Qualifications

• KBB industry experience or fitted furniture sales required.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service to every customer.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.
• Full UK manual driving licence with 6 or fewer penalty points.
• Organised and capable of working independently and managing your time.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers from inquiry through first design and transformation of their dream kitchen.
• Conduct thorough surveys of homes, measure accurately, capture reference photos and explain process to customers.
• Manage your schedule effectively, allocating time to each customer for dream design.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to build relationships and meet expectations.

About The Role

We're looking for a Mobile Designer to join our team in the Perth Showroom!

Our cutting-edge showrooms serve as an endless source of inspiration for our customers. With our Mobile Showrooms, we have a unique chance to meet customers in the comfort of their own homes, delivering an authentic Wren design experience.

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary of £26,440 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000.

Main Responsibilities

• Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs.
• Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen into reality
• Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. You'll explain this process to the customer during your visit.
• Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design.
• Maintain consistent communication with your customer base to foster strong relationships and ensure their expectations are met.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

• Prior experience in the KBB industry or fitted furniture sales is required.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate our customers' needs.
• Full UK manual driving license with 6 or less penalty points
• Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience.

Applications are subject to a basic DBS check, convictions considered on a individual basis.

Must hold a full driving licence and be able to meet company driver approval requirements, including DVLA licence checks or equivalent verification to the company's satisfaction prior to appointment.
