Victorian Plumbing is seeking a Product Owner for Web Platform & Apps to drive continuous improvement across web and mobile experiences. You will translate commercial goals into prioritized backlogs, collaborate with engineering, design and analytics, and deliver high-impact releases for leading brands.

In this hybrid role, based at Leyland HQ, you’ll balance business value with technical complexity, owning the roadmap and ensuring timely deliveries that boost conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced e-commerce environment across web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to translate business goals into prioritized backlogs and user stories.
• Strong analytical skills using data and experiments to inform roadmap decisions.
• Proven track record managing expectations with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end features from discovery to testing, release, and post-launch optimization.
• Translate business and UX requirements into detailed user stories and tasks.
• Prioritize features and balance value, complexity and dependencies on a delivery roadmap.
• Work daily with developers, QA, UX, and analytics to maintain momentum.
• Communicate progress, timelines, risks and release schedules to leadership.
• Partner with analytics to define KPIs and measure post-launch performance.
