Job summary

Victorian Plumbing is seeking a Website Administrator (Imagery & Content) to join the Leyland HQ Website team. This on-site role bridges commercial, marketing and technical teams to ensure the site looks exceptional and performs smoothly.

You’ll manage imagery quality, asset alignment with launches, and data accuracy while collaborating with Web Developers, Designers and Content Writers. This full-time position offers on-site perks and a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Digital & Visual Literacy: Strong skills with Excel, Photoshop and CMS/e-commerce platforms.
• Data Savvy: Comfortable handling product data, structured databases, and admin workflows.
• Meticulous Eye for detail with pride in precise work.
• Great Communicator: ability to collaborate with developers, designers and commercial teams.
• Organised & Adaptable: manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit product imagery to elevate visual appeal, brand storytelling and consistency.
• Identify outdated, low-quality or missing images and coordinate new assets with CGI/styling teams.
• Ensure images are optimised for fast load times and responsive viewing on mobile and desktop.
• Create and update product branding aligned with inbound product launches.
• Maintain data accuracy by updating in in-house systems and conducting regular audits.
