Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Digital Workplace Product Owner to define and drive the roadmap for workplace technologies, ensuring colleagues have the tools, services and experiences they need to do their best work.

You will manage Microsoft 365, end-user computing and collaboration services, translating business priorities into a clear product vision and measurable outcomes while collaborating with Technology, Security and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Owner or Product Management experience within technology-led environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and product backlogs.
• Knowledge of workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365, endpoint management and collaboration services.

Responsibilities

• Owning the product vision, strategy and roadmap for workplace technologies.
• Prioritising backlogs and balancing innovation, operational improvement and risk reduction.
• Partnering with stakeholders across Technology, Security, Operations and the wider business.

Working across areas including Microsoft 365, end-user computing, collaboration platforms, identity services and workplace technology, you'll translate business priorities into a clear product vision, prioritised backlog and measurable outcomes. You'll collaborate with technology, security, operations and business stakeholders to deliver impactful change while continuously improving the employee experience.
