Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Owner/Product Manager to join our fast growing and high performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance our product portfolio, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help address the unique challenges faced by our customers operating within high-risk industries and drive the development of innovative payments , digital assets and trading products.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners to gather feedback, facilitate communication, align on product goals and manage detailed requirements.
• Document clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
• Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback, market trends, and evolving priorities.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to keep the team and delivery on track.
• Oversee the delivery of product increments, ensuring they meet quality standards and business goals.
• Champion a user-first mindset, ensuring product features solve real problems and add measurable value.
• Support addressing and resolving production issues, ensuring that the product remains high quality and meets customer expectations.

Skills and Experience

• You have considerable experience working in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
• You have a deep understanding of payment processing and cross-border payment schemes.
• You have an awareness of Digital Assets and FX trading.
• You have experience of Agile development, interacting and working with engineering teams.
• You are comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You are a highly motivated individual focused on solving customer problems and driving business impact.
• You have excellent communication, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fully IT literate and familiar with JIRA and Confluence.
