You will partner with engineering, design, data, architecture, and business stakeholders to shape platform roadmaps, governance, and developer experience while delivering measurable product value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product management with ownership of technology platforms or large-scale digital capabilities.
• Strong understanding of product operating models, agile delivery methods, and software development life cycle.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, data, and control organizations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Employee Experience platform capabilities.
• Own platform roadmaps, investment priorities, and product outcomes across shared capabilities and services.
• Partner with product teams, engineering leaders, architecture, design, data, and business stakeholders to identify platform needs.
• Evaluate and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and developer productivity tools.
• Use adoption, operational, customer feedback, and product performance data to guide prioritization.
• Drive platform reliability, scalability, governance, risk management, and lifecycle planning.
• Mentor product professionals and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Present strategy, roadmaps, and investment recommendations to senior leaders.
