Product Owner - Digital Help

Salary £40,000 - £60,000 National / £55,000 - £75,000 London

Are you passionate about creating the next generation of our Digital Help experience?

Join us! We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Owner to be part of our team.

We’re building a new solution from scratch, incorporating emerging technologies like Gen AI and machine learning to deliver a top-tier experience for our customers and operations teams.

Our virtual assistants and digital messaging capabilities are used across customer and advisor channels, with over 3.75 million interactions in 2024. This is a great chance to work within Digital GI and IWR, delivering a new experience with significant potential.

Your role involves owning, shaping, and delivering an ambitious backlog, while maintaining and improving digital experiences that provide self-service value to millions of customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying new features and optimizing customer journeys
  2. Driving development work items into product backlogs
  3. Supporting prioritization decisions

You will collaborate with engineering teams, digital product teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, using analytics to understand and enhance user journeys for better customer outcomes.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in digital product ownership (PO certification is a plus but not essential)
  • Understanding or experience with contact centre technology or operations
  • Ability to build effective cross-departmental relationships within a FTSE 100 company
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools and data-driven decision making
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with technical teams

  • Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 National / £55,000 - £75,000 London (depending on experience and location)
  • Bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary based on performance
