The Role

• ️ Define and manage the product roadmap aligned to strategic objectives and user needs
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, market trends, and business goals to prioritise features
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and analysts to build and iterate digital products
• Work within Agile frameworks to manage backlogs, user stories, and sprint cycles
• Use data-driven insights and KPIs to evaluate performance and improve the product
• Engage stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and transparency
• Ensure all digital solutions comply with relevant regulatory, security, and accessibility standards
• Advocate for a user-centric approach and promote digital innovation
• Solid experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar digital leadership role
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and modern product development practices
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing digital products end-to-end
• Comfortable using analytics, research, and experimentation to guide decisions
• ️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• ️ Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, finance) is a plus
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for digital innovation
