Job summary

Royal Opera House is seeking a Product Owner for our data platforms to lead development and optimisation of the Customer Data Platform and extend to the Enterprise Data Platform.

You will bridge business strategy with delivery in an agile environment, collaborating with senior leaders and multiple teams to improve audience insight, CRM capabilities and analytics, while upholding GDPR and data governance best practices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or equivalent role.
• Experience owning and developing data products, data platforms or analytics capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior business leaders.
• Experience working with customer data, audience insight, CRM, marketing technology or analytics platforms.
• Experience of data governance, privacy and compliance practices, including GDPR requirements and the secure handling of personal data.
• Experience in arts, culture, entertainment, visitor attraction, membership or retail organisations is not a pre-requisite, but it will be highly regarded.
