Job summary

Referment is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to own the foundational data platform and core data products across the organization. You will translate data strategy into practical delivery plans, working closely with product, data, design and engineering teams in London or remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with data platforms end-to-end.
• Hands-on background in data engineering or analytics.
• Fluent in SQL and reading data models.
• Proven track record delivering data products focusing on adoption.

Responsibilities

• Shape and implement the operating model for data-product delivery.
• Bring data pipelines and flagship data products into production with clear consumers and adoption metrics.
• Establish product practices covering intake, prioritisation, data contracts and lifecycle management.
• Own and prioritise the roadmap across stakeholder needs amid existing products.
• Write clear product requirements and delivery plans with cross-functional teams.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insight to understand internal users and measure impact.
• Support rollout through stakeholder communication and end-user training.
