Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, owning the backlog and guiding prioritisation for a next-generation analytics platform used by Consumer Health and FMCG clients.

You will collaborate across business, product, analysis, technology, and delivery teams to translate needs into clear requirements, ensure deliverables meet customer and commercial goals, and drive data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar delivery role.
• Strong understanding of commercial, operational, or customer-facing environments.
• Ability to translate complex needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation across business and tech teams.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision support.
• Collaborative and comfortable with ambiguity in agile settings.
• Desirable: Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Desirable: Experience with reporting, analytics, and data products.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog and prioritisation aligning with customer needs and business value.
• Define the direction for features and enhancements, gathering requirements with stakeholders and translating problems into outcomes.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to sprint planning, release planning, governance, and issue resolution.
• Support the development of reporting, analytics, and data-driven product capabilities to improve decision making.
