Job summary

AxiaMetrics seeks a Product Owner / Data-Algorithm Analyst to translate high-level feature ideas into concrete requirements for a next-generation B2B SaaS platform serving Managing Agents and Accountants.

You will work with leadership, clients and internal teams, shaping data-driven AI-enabled products, owning backlogs, writing user stories, and guiding releases while ensuring clear acceptance criteria and pragmatic design.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/ Data analyst/ Data scientist or functional designer.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is desirable.
• Strong ability to write functional specifications and blueprints.
• Experience extracting data from relational databases (SQL).
• Good data analysis skills and basic statistics.
• Familiarity with JSON data structures and visual data manipulation.
• Experience with Machine Learning/AI and native apps is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level product features into clear, testable requirements.
• Analyse data to identify patterns for AI agents.
• Structure and tweak algorithms used by client-facing solutions.
• Own delivery backlog, refine requirements, write user stories and priorities.
• Coordinate timelines and releases with developers.
• Collaborate with marketing, development and customer support to refine requirements.
• Support live product by removing blockers and clarifying needs.
• Draft release notes and help centre updates.
