Job summary

KDR Recruitment USA is seeking a Data Product Owner for a SaaS business based in Leeds. Hybrid: 2-3 days in office. You will shape a complex product roadmap and transform a massive backlog into high-impact deliverables while collaborating with global clients and data squads.

You will bridge technical capability and commercial value, owning the roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely releases in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in SaaS, data or digital platforms.
• Expertise with prioritization frameworks such as WSJF, MoSCoW or RICE.
• Strong client-facing skills to translate needs into actionable user stories and releases.
• Ability to define a roadmap and align with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Value-driven backlog prioritization and feature mapping.
• Roadmap ownership with executives and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical voice for enterprise clients and translate requirements into deliverables.
• Lead agile ceremonies in a fast-paced data/software environment.
• Define product metrics to measure adoption and ROI post-launch.
