Roc Search is partnering with a market-leading SaaS technology provider seeking a driven Product Owner - SaaS to join their growing team in Mexborough. This flexible hybrid role requires occasional travel across the UK and offers a salary of £42,000-£46,000 plus 24 days holiday and healthcare.

You will work with executive product leadership and cross-functional teams to identify user needs, design solutions, and manage products from discovery to delivery and optimization, using Agile practices

Qualifications

• Track record delivering B2B SaaS, GovTech, or compliance-driven platforms.
• Experience with user discovery processes.
• Ability to refine and manage product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of agile delivery frameworks.
• Able to translate client workflows and statutory guidelines into intuitive digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support product strategy and execution across designated core modules.
• Lead discovery research and user feedback loops with domain stakeholders.
• Define, prioritize, and manage product roadmaps and backlog items with data-driven insights.
• Translate operational requirements into actionable user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development, UI/UX, and QA teams within an agile framework to ship improvements.
• Drive post-launch adoption using product analytics and user feedback.
• Assist commercial and customer success teams during roadmap reviews and client engagements.
• Ensure alignment with national statutory compliance and reporting requirements.

The Role

As the Product Owner - SaaS, you'll work closely with executive product leadership, cross-functional agile teams, and end customers, you will identify complex user needs, design effective solutions, and lead products throughout the entire lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and continuous optimization.

What You'll Do

• Support product strategy and execution across designated core modules.
• Lead discovery research and user feedback loops with key domain stakeholders and practitioners.
• Define, prioritize and manage product roadmaps and backlog items using data-driven insights.
• Translate operational requirements into actionable user stories, workflows, and detailed acceptance criteria.

What We're Looking For

• Track record as a Product Lead/Owner, Product Specailist or Business Analyst delivering B2B SaaS, GovTech, or compliance-driven platforms.
• Skills in user discovery
• Skilled in backlog refinement
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of agile delivery
• Ability to transform client workflows and statutory guidelines into intuitive, user-friendly digital tools.
• Skilled using tools such as Jira, Productboard or monday.com
