Job summary

Mobilus Limited is seeking a Head of Product Development to join the Senior Leadership Team and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap. This strategic yet hands-on role requires close collaboration with Development, Marketing and other functions to translate customer needs into a clear product plan.

The role involves leading roadmap planning, prioritisation and cross-functional alignment, ensuring delivery with engineering and managing risks to execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining and delivering successful SaaS products.
• Product Management experience, ideally in a SaaS/Marketing Analytics software background
• Strong product road-mapping experience with good Agile skills and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of software development process and working closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent co-ordination and communication skills in a product delivery environment.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert vision into execution.

We are currently working in partnership with an established, growing SaaS company, specialising in marketing analytics, call tracking, AI and data-driven insights. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Head of Product Development to join the Senior Leadership Team and take ownership of our product vision, strategy and roadmap.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role, with a high level of ownership. You will work closely with the Development Manager, Marketing and wider business to turn customer and commercial needs into a clear, deliverable product roadmap.

Responsibilities
